Nest Nappies uses Australia Post in most instances to get your fluffy mail to you. On occasions, we may choose to use a Courier Service for your delivery.

All deliveries from Nest Nappies are trackable.  This is to protect your fluff mail from going missing on it’s way to you.  You will be supplied with your tracking details via an email from us when your goodies leave Nest Nappies.  You can track your fluff mail via the Australia Post website or app or through the courier service.

Nest Nappies has found that Australia Post and the courier service we use will usually deliver your order within seven (7) days depending on your location.  If your order has not arrived within seven (7) days and there has been no update on the tracking, please get in contact and we will work with you to locate your items.

Nest Nappies will usually process your order on the same or next working day after it is received. If we are unable to process your order, Nest Nappies will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

Nest Nappies charges a flat rate of $11.95 for standard delivery or $17 for Express delivery within Australia.   We offer flat rate shipping of $20 for our deliveries to New Zealand.

If you are ordering from any other overseas locations, please contact us for a delivery quote prior to ordering.


Nest Nappies uses PayPal online to protect your information. You do not need to have a PayPal account to utilise this service. Simply use your credit card to securely complete your order.

Nest Nappies also accepts direct deposit and telephone payments. Simply contact us during business hours if you would like to arrange payment this way.  Our direct deposit details are

Orders that have a payment method of Direct Deposit and payment or contact has not been made within seven (7) days will be cancelled.  We will contact you prior to this occurring.  Should you need additional time to make payment, please get in contact and let us know.

Lay Buy is a great way to pay your nappies off over time. Our lay buy terms are

  1. Payments of $20 or more are required fortnightly.
  2. The maximum time for a lay-by is 12 weeks from date of order.
  3. Goods not paid for in full by the due date will be returned to stock and the customer charged a 20% restocking fee. Any payments made will be kept as a store credit.

Please be aware that Nest Nappies will not send any orders until full payment has been received. Nest Nappies does not offer credit terms or customer accounts under any circumstances.

Refunds and Returns

Nest Nappies takes pride in making cloth nappies easy, from the start! We will do our best to help you choose the product that is right for you and your precious new baby. While all care is taken in checking your goodies prior to sending them to you, we are only human and sometimes a faulty product may slip through. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please email us to arrange a return as soon as you notice. We will work with you to ensure that the product is replaced or repaired as soon as possible.

Nest Nappies is not required by law to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us and at our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange minus delivery costs. Any change of mind returns must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition with original packaging and be in a resalable condition.  Change of mind returns are only valid for 30 days from date of purchase.   All change of mind returns will be inspected prior to store credit or exchange being granted.
