Nest Nappies uses a courier service in most instances to get your fluffy mail to you. This service requires a street address. If you are unable to supply a street address or Nest Nappies deems that our courier service is not viable, Nest Nappies will utilise Australia Post to get your fluffy mail to you.
All deliveries from Nest Nappies are trackable and you will be supplied with these details via email when your goodies leave Nest Nappies.
Nest Nappies has found that our courier and Australia Post will usually deliver your order within 7 days depending on your location.
Nest Nappies will usually process your order on the same or next working day after it is received. If we are unable to process your order, Nest Nappies will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
Nest Nappies charges a flat rate of $9.90 within Australia for our deliveries.
If you are ordering from overseas, please contact us for a delivery quote prior to ordering.
Nest Nappies uses PayPal online to protect your information. You do not need to have a PayPal account to utilise this service. Simply use your credit card to securely complete your order.
Nest Nappies also accepts direct deposit and telephone payments. Simply contact us during business hours if you would like to arrange payment this way.
Nest Nappies also offers Lay Buy. If you would like to set up a lay buy with us, please email us and let us know which items you would like included in your lay buy. Our lay buy terms are
- Payments of $20 or more are required fortnightly.
- The maximum time for a lay-by is 6 weeks from date of order.
- Goods not paid for in full by the due date will be returned to stock and the customer charged a 20% restocking fee. Any payments made will be kept as a store credit.
Please be aware that Nest Nappies will not send any orders until full payment has been received. Nest Nappies does not offer credit terms or customer accounts under any circumstances.
Nest Nappies takes pride in making cloth nappies easy, from the start! We will do our best to help you choose the product that is right for you and your precious new baby. While all care is taken in checking your nappies prior to sending them to you, we are only human and sometimes a faulty product may slip through. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please email us to arrange a return as soon as you notice. We will work with you to ensure that the product is replaced or repaired as soon as possible.
Nest Nappies is not required by law to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us and at our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange minus delivery costs. Any change of mind returns must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition with original packaging. All change of mind returns will be inspected prior to store credit or exchange being granted.
