Hevea Pacifiers are completely plastic free, and made without phthalates or heavy metals. Using plant-based, FDA approved pigments. The coloured pacifier collection is a world first, being both 100% plastic free and colourful.

The pacifier has a silky smooth touch and is gentle on the baby’s face and teeth. While being beautifully soft, the Hevea pacifier is still resistant to bites.

Easy to clean in hot water and highly hygienic due to its seamless design.

Historically, HEVEA began as a question that needed an answer. How to take care of our children and our planet just a little bit better. That makes everything quite simple for us: we were born of an urge to do better. To show that how we act and live in the world makes a difference to ourselves, and our children – the citizens of tomorrow. The lack of natural options for our future generations and the choices we have to make was what made us turn to Hevea Brasiliensis – natural rubber, and this has formed the basis of our mission and our purpose from the very beginning.

Hevea, or natural rubber, can replace many kinds of plastic. Hevea decomposes naturally and can be reused to make new products. The wood of the tree itself and the rubber are our only self-imposed limitations when it comes to designing and developing new productrs.

GREAT DESIGN & NATURAL MATERIALS

Geographically, Heveas mix is unique. The Hevea trees grow mainly in Southeast Asia, and much of Hevea’s production requires skills and facilities found close to the plantations where the hevea is harvested. The companies design philosophy however, is inherently Danish. Unifying the beautiful design with clear functionality is the core of the renowned Danish design tradition. Hevea stick to this in discovering and developing all that our cherished hevea can offer.

Our company name Hevea is from the Latin name for the rubber tree, Hevea Brasiliensis. The natural rubber it produces is the foundation of our product range. Using natural rubber, rather than synthetic rubber made from oil, acts against climate change by increasing the number of trees and cutting back on the use of fossil fuels.
